Parental Rights
Parents must be fully informed about curriculum, policies, and their child's education. Transparency and meaningful consultation are non-negotiable.
I'm a concerned father and husband with two kids in Windsor public schools. I'm running because parents deserve a real voice — for safe schools, basic literacy first, and financial accountability.
"This is what I believe is important within our schools." — Focus on what matters: safety, literacy, and parents fully informed.
First and foremost, I’m a concerned father and a husband. I’m married and, like many of you, I have two school-aged kids attending public schools in Windsor. I want our schools to better reflect the needs of these kids and their families.
Having travelled a bit and having experienced our system as well as others, I’m concerned about my kids entering the outside world unprepared. That concern is why I’m running for school board trustee.
In Windsor, you'll find me at the rink — coaching minor hockey with WMHA/RMHA, refereeing OMHA and WRA, and umpiring for the WUA. Community isn't a slogan; it's where I spend my time.
Ten practical priorities — not slogans. Focused on safety, literacy, parents, and accountability.
Parents must be fully informed about curriculum, policies, and their child's education. Transparency and meaningful consultation are non-negotiable.
Every child deserves to learn in a physically and emotionally safe environment. Safety is the foundation of education.
Clear, consistent enforcement against bullying and violence. No exceptions, no bureaucracy that protects aggressors.
Proactive programs teaching students how to identify, prevent, and deal with bullying — building resilience and empathy.
Return to fundamentals: literacy, numeracy, critical thinking. Reduce dependence on devices. Audiobooks, calculators & AI only after mastery.
Every tax dollar tracked. Transparent budgets, audits, and spending that directly benefits classrooms and students.
Protect and expand school lunches, special education resources, extracurriculars, and athletics — essential, not extras.
Real guidance through counseling, mentoring, and business partnerships. Honest pathways in AI, skilled trades, university and college.
Build a united coalition of school boards and parents to advocate effectively at Queen's Park for local control.
Find strong short-term solutions now through business sponsorships and partnerships — not waiting for provincial action.
Reading, writing, math, critical thinking — mastered before screens. Audiobooks, calculators, and AI are tools, not replacements. We teach fundamentals, then teach tools wisely.
Safe kids. Informed parents. Accountable spending. Real preparation for jobs and life.
This is what I believe is important within our schools. I have kids attending a public primary school in Windsor right now, just as many of you, the voters, do. I want them, and every student, ready for the world beyond the classroom.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
Full transparency on curriculum, policies, and school decisions affecting your child. No surprises, no closed doors.
Zero tolerance means consistent consequences, plus education for students and staff on identifying and stopping it early.
Teach kids to read, write, and think first. Then introduce calculators, audiobooks, and AI as supports — not crutches.
Open books, clear reporting, and spending that puts classrooms first. Every dollar should help a student.
